1. I created HERRtruth because I believe every woman deserves a space to be soft, strong, seen, and heard.

2. I believe personal growth is a lifelong journey, and I’m walking it right alongside you.

3. I’m obsessed with all things self-care — give me candles, a journal, and a playlist, and I’m in heaven.

4. My favorite self-care rituals include: bubble baths, solo dates, skincare with a playlist, and saying “no” without guilt.
