Hello everyone, welcome to Baked with HERRtruth. My new kitchen corner where we mix love, laughter, and a little bit of flour on the floor (because let’s be real, it always ends up there).

Baking has become my new obsession lately. There’s just something about mixing up dough, dancing in the kitchen, and pretending I’m on my own baking show that makes me feel at peace. I’ve been making everything from homemade cinnamon rolls and cookies to funnel cakes and fresh bread, and yes, some of them looked way better in my head.
