As I step deeper into 2025, I feel a sense of renewal — a pull toward becoming the best version of myself, inside and out. This year, I’m not just setting goals; I’m creating a life I truly love. I want to share some of my intentions with you, not just to hold myself accountable, but to hopefully inspire you to reflect on what your soul is craving this year too.
1. Getting Closer to God
More than anything, I want to deepen my relationship with God. Life moves so fast, and it’s easy to get caught up in the noise. But I’m intentionally making space for prayer, reflection, and stillness. I’m learning that true peace doesn’t come from accomplishments — it comes from connection with something greater than myself.
2. Being More Active and Eating Better
This year isn’t about dieting or chasing perfection. It’s about honoring my body with movement, good food, and self-love. I want to feel strong, energized, and alive. Whether it’s a morning walk, a fun fitness class, or simply choosing foods that nourish me, I’m committed to taking care of the vessel that carries me through this life.
3. Growing HERRtruth — and Launching HERRtruth Candles
HERRtruth has been a labor of love, and 2025 is the year I pour even more into it. I’m so excited to announce that I’m working on launching HERRtruth Candles — a brand extension that feels deeply personal and aligned with the message of empowerment and self-care. I can’t wait for you to experience it. This dream is a reminder that growth sometimes looks like planting seeds even when you can’t see the harvest yet.
4. Traveling More and Enjoying Life
Life isn’t just about hustling and grinding. I’m giving myself permission to live fully — to travel, explore, and soak in all the beauty this world has to offer. I want to collect memories, not just achievements. Sometimes the best growth happens when you step away from your comfort zone and breathe in new perspectives.
5. Reading More and Learning New Things
Curiosity is a muscle, and I’m committed to strengthening it. This year, I’m diving into more books, exploring new skills, and letting myself be a beginner again. Growth doesn’t come from staying where it’s comfortable — it comes from stepping into the unknown with an open heart.

Final Thoughts
2025 isn’t about rushing. It’s about being intentional. It’s about building a life rooted in faith, fueled by passion, and filled with joy.
I’m excited for this journey — and I’m even more excited to see where it leads.
If you’re reading this, I hope it encourages you to dream bigger, trust deeper, and take that next brave step toward the life you deserve.
Let’s make this our year.
